At Park Avenue Salon, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products and services. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 3 days from the date of purchase or delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened haircare products, brushes, or beauty tools.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and services are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same item within the 3-day return window. Please contact us before sending the item back.

Services

  • All salon services are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied, please reach out to us within 3 days of your appointment, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
